Q: I have a question that isn't covered here. What should I do?

A: Contact us! We're available by phone, email or regular mail during normal business hours (9am-5pm M-F) Mountain Standard Time.

Q: Can I tour your facility? I'd love to see the refining process from start to finish.

A: Unfortunately we are not at liberty, for the sake of the confidentiality of our clients, to allow tours of our refining facility. We would be happy to arrange a meeting to buy or sell items from you, however...see our Contact page for the easiest way for you to contact us and we'd be happy to setup an appointment.

Q: I'd like to do business with you but I live in another state, or it would be difficult for me to get to your facility. Can we still work together?

A: Absolutely! We do business with many clients all over the United States by mail and other shipping. Contact us to let us know what kind of items you have and we'll do everything we can to work with you.

Q: Your coins and bars are cool, but I'd rather have government-minted items (e.g. South African Krugerrands, Canadian Maple Leafs, Gold or Silver Chinese Pandas, American Eagles/St. Gauden's, Silver American Eagles) or better-known privately-minted items (Engelhard Prospector's rounds or Engelhard bars, Johnson & Mathey silver bars, etc.). Can you get those for me?

A: We can order in virtually any coins you'd like, however, these coins carry an often considerably higher premium than our bullion, due to the premiums we have to pay and then pass along to you...our customer. These items are not items we have in stock regularly; while we do buy and sell all of these types of items, we would have to put in a special order for you if you wanted us to order them in. Please feel free to contact us regarding any further questions about placing special orders.

Q: How do I know your bullion is what you say it is: .999+ fine silver and gold?

A: All products are refined to industry standard and are in compliance with the 1982 Stamping Act, and the 1906 gold and silver marking act US Code, Title 15, chapter 8 That aside, we're always willing to buy back our own product: our own best guarantee that it is exactly what we say it is.
